One of the quickest wins for hard-pressed IT managers looking to streamline security processes and reduce helpdesk calls is the use of Single Sign-on tools.

In this podcast we meet Ian Crane of the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust, who is just reaching the end of a trial programme and looking forward to rolling out Single Sign-on across his trust's network.
