Which version should we go for - NHS BBD v2 or BDD 2007?

I am often asked by Trusts which version of BDD they should go for my answer is as follows:

If you want to be up and running as quickly as possible with a minimal amount of effort - and you are only interested in deploying Windows XP (ie. not Vista) - then you should choose NHS BDD v2 - the downside is that when you are ready for WIndows Vista - their will be a level of resource needed again to implement BDD 2007

BDD 2007 allows for the deployment of both XP and Vista - it has a richer toolset than NHS BDD v2 - by implementing BDD 2007 now - you will be laying the foundations of your future deployments - the downside is that it will take you longer to implement than NHS BDD v2
