Delivering the future today: NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition 2008

When: 18/06/2008 - 20/06/2008 - All day event

Where: Manchester Central, Petersfield, Manchester M2 3GX

What:

This year's event is themed around what we can all be doing now to respond to future challenges. In the lead up to the conference and exhibition 2008 the NHS Confederation is publishing a series of debate papers on the future of the NHS. The first paper, Funding tomorrow today: social care for older people and vulnerable adults is now published.

Three days of comprehensive, topical and relevant plenaries and sessions give you plenty of opportunities for discussion and debate as well as formal and information networking with colleagues.

- Represent your organisation and find out about the latest on policy and best practice.
- Make new, and develop existing contacts and relationships.
- Equip your organisation for the challenges ahead.
- Gain knowledge for your whole board.
- Learn from colleagues who have already implemented the changes you are planning.
- Collect information for colleagues at your organisation who are unable to attend.
- Focus on innovation at The Hub, a stage area built inside the exhibition hall for interactive sessions.
- Hear the latest policy updates from the Department of Health.
- Meet 130 exhibitors representative of a wide range of organisations.
