Bringing together clinicians, managers, GPs, practice managers, community based healthcare professionals, directors of public health and adult social services and all those concerned with improving health services and outcomes for patients, this conference will look at how Electronic Health Records can improve the efficiency, quality and safety of patient care.
It will also discuss how giving patients access to their own records can help to identify potentially dangerous diagnostic or prescribing errors, foster communication and trust and encourage involvement in health self management.
