Accessing NHSmail using Outlook

If you are accessing your NHSmail account regularly via Microsoft Outlook, or are considering using this option, it is well worthwhile upgrading to Outlook 2003 (or newer).

Although Outlook 2002 appears to be supported, and there is set up information in the NHSmail User Guide, not all the functions seem compatible. After battling on for ages, I have had no problems since upgrading.
