Here you will find a comprehensive list of every NHS organisation in England entitled to benefit from the NHS Enterprise Agreement.
Usage by and on behalf of other parties, such as Independent Treatment Centres should check with both NHS Connecting for Health and Microsoft for eligibility.
Please contact your Strategic Health Authority to discuss the details of your full eligibility. A full list of all qualifying bodies is held by NHS Connecting for Health. For NHS organisations and staff outside of England, please also see the information provided at the bottom of the page.
NHS organisations in Scotland and Wales have negotiated similar agreements, but are not covered by this Enterprise Agreement. Please see below for further information.
Scotland

Northern Ireland
NHS organisations in Northern Ireland are not part of an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, but are eligible to participate in individual Volume License agreements set up between the OGC and Microsoft. Review further information about Volume Licence agreements here
Channel Islands
The UK Channel Islands are not part of an Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, but are eligible to participate in the standard OGC MOU and Microsoft Select licensing frameworks which apply to them. Review further information about Select Licensing here (US Content)
