Microsoft Services UK Announces the Appointment of Colin Brown as General Manager
14th January, 2009 - Microsoft Services UK today announced the appointment of Colin Brown as its new General Manager. In his role, Colin will be responsible for bringing high-level IT management, technical consulting and support to Microsoft's largest customers and strategic partners.

Colin brings to the role a wealth of experience gained during his previous position as CEO of Computacenter Germany. At Computercenter, Colin reported to Group CEO Mike Norris, and managed a €1bn business with over 4,000 employees across 18 locations. During his four years with Computercenter, the company saw a significant improvement in its German business, with particularly strong growth in Services and the establishment of Computercenter as one of the leading service and solution providers in the German marketplace.
