Alison is our senior director looking after OEM partners. Previously she was UK Director of Customer & Partner Experience (CPE) focusing on understanding the needs and feedback of customers and partners across Microsoft.
Alison joined Microsoft Australia in 1997 where she spent seven years in various senior management sales and marketing positions ending as the Director for Small, Mid Market Solutions & Partner (SMS&P). Within this role Alison managed the transition process and brought together the Small Business, Mid Market, Partner and Business Solutions staff to form the new SMS&P team. Alison orchestrated the development and implementation of the division?s mission, strategy and execution plans.
Prior to her career at Microsoft, Alison held various positions within Education and Sales organisations in Australia, including the Department for Education & Children's Services. Within these roles, Alison liaised with Government Influencers and prominent industry leaders.
Alison holds a Batchelor of Education and a Masters in Human Resources.
Alison is a keen squash player and enjoys travelling, wine tasting and collecting.
