This is an annual subscription service during which a Microsoft Application Development Consultant (ADC) will provide you with a number of consulting hours depending upon the size of the contract that you buy. You will typically work with the same primary ADC throughout the year so that they can learn about your longer term objectives as well as any day-to-day issues. This puts them in an ideal position to help you make the right choices both with a view to the future, but also appropriate for the constraints you face today.

Your ADC will bring with them access to a tremendous range of Microsoft support and knowledge and their recommendations are based on broad industry experience and Microsoft best practice. Although the majority of the work you do will be with you primary ADC, you have the ability to call upon other specialist ADCs when your project requires development expertise in a particular area.

Your ADC will work with you throughout the development lifecycle from inception to delivery. They can help you select the best application architecture or review your proposed designs. They can help your people to develop new technical skills that help to improve your productivity and code quality. They can conduct code reviews or help to troubleshoot and solve hard to find software bugs. You also have the option to spend time testing or tuning your application in our professional lab facilities located in Reading.
