Chris Wray, Founder, Web2Consult, recently expanded the company’s own online presence. He says: “We build Web 2.0 applications into clients’ websites every day, but I realised there were no online resources for people to learn how to do this themselves. There was a clear gap in the market and Web2Consult needed to fill it.” Wray set to work to turn his company’s website into a library of information about Web 2.0 technology. “We used the document libraries in Office Live Small Business to pack our site with tutorials and training videos showing people how to deploy the latest Web 2.0 applications,” says Wray. “Using Microsoft Office Live Small Business we had our new comprehensive website up and running in just a few days, and it cost nothing to produce.” Advanced features turn concept into realityWray explains that it’s simple to embed the latest Web 2.0 applications into the site: “Not only can we provide a great resource for online professionals to learn how to use Web 2.0 technologies, but our own Office Live Small Business site shows them what is possible.” “The Web 2.0 concept is changing all the time, so it’s crucial we update our site with the latest information.
