You can allow or deny users on the Internet to access your SBS 2003 R2 server by managing the firewall settings. Just open the Configure E-mail and Internet Connection Wizard and, on the wizard's Web Services Configuration page, select which of the following services you want to allow through your firewall.

Outlook Web Access. For users to access their e-mail from the Internet using a Web browser.

Remote Web Workplace. For designated users to connect to the local network from the Internet using a Web browser.

Outlook Mobile Access. For users to access their e-mail from a mobile device.

Outlook via the Internet. For users to remotely access their e-mail from a client computer on the Internet using Outlook 2003, without needing to create a VPN connection.

Windows SharePoint Services intranet site. For users to access the intranet Web site created by Windows SharePoint Services during Setup from the Internet using a Web browser.

Business Web site. Allows users to access the published content for the company's Internet Web site.
