You’ve got all your data in your spreadsheet and now you want to highlight the good, the bad and the indifferent. This is where conditional formatting comes into play. Using your choice of data bars, colour bars or icon sets, you can format your spreadsheet so that the data you’re looking for is immediately visible, and you can spot trends or problem areas easily and quickly. Perhaps you want to identify which products are selling and which aren’t, or which of your salespeople are achieving the highest sales - Excel 2007 makes it easy.
