Hosted Web Conferencing

Saving you time and money

Microsoft Office Live Meeting saves you time and money

Streamlining costs and improving productivity are key objectives for small businesses in a tough economic climate, and travel costs, plus time away from the office, can eat into your bottom line. You still need to talk to people – whether they’re suppliers, colleagues or prospects, but you don’t want to spend a day on a train or in the car. This is where hosted web conferencing with Microsoft Office Live Meeting can help you save time and money.

Benefits of hosted web conferencing

Reduce your travel expenses

Improve productivity by spending more time in the office and less time travelling

Reduce your carbon footprint

Enable flexible working for you and your staff

How does it work?

Microsoft Office Live Meeting is a hosted web conferencing service that enables people in different locations to see each other, talk to each other and work together. With meeting attendees participating from their PCs, you can deliver a presentation, kick off a project, brainstorm ideas, edit files, collaborate on whiteboards, and negotiate deals at a fraction of the cost and without the hassle of travel.

Because it’s a hosted service, you identify a service provider and pay either a one-off or a monthly subscription fee, based on the number of attendees you will have and how often you will use the service. Packages can start from as little as £50 for a two-person UK-based, one-hour conference (as of December 2008), and you can scale up or down as and when you need to.
