Love how the three parameter's spelled out are portability, battery life, and performance, and yet the laptop this "technically savvy" customer gets is a 16" 7lb tank that gets less than three hours of battery life, and has a low resolution screen that can't even take advantage of half the features the computer has. And yet says the macbook has good looks but no performance, when the macbook would have delivered the same or more performance for the price with a higher resolution screen, much faster ram, an over 5 hour battery life, and easily portable 13" size at less than half the thickness of the HP he walked out with. Its not that im supprised there was mac bashing in the ad, its just that it was so poorly done and wrong.

ignorantcow - couldn't have picked a better name. Actually, that laptop he bought comes with Vista 64 bit, so yes - it does support 4 gigs of ram. Do a little research next time. Home Basic is limited to 8GB, Home Premium is limited to 16GB and the other editions (Business, Enterprise and Ultimate) let you get all the way up to 128GB.
