According to the MS Technet site (technet.microsoft.com/.../ee523662%28office.14%29.aspx) this and Infopath will only be available in the "Professional Plus" version of Office 2010, along with Infopath, which is exclusively a volume licensed system.  In other words, MS is ditching the old "Ultimate" and only making "Enterprise" available. What about us lone developers who need all the different components of Office, but aren't part of a group to obtain volume licensing?

My company does not use SharePoint, but love groove, can one still use the SharePoint Workspace without SharePoint?
