What do I learn? Why should I do this? This video states the obvious - learn more and be able to show that you learned it. Learn what? This sounds like another training where I spend 90% of my time learning Exchange & Office - when I build enterprise applications based upon completely different technologies? (AD integration, workflow, .net 3.5 features, SQL Server etc)
