Office Casual: How I use Office Live Workspace

Just a quick look at how I use Microsoft Office Live Workspace, a way to share and store documents online. I sent an internal message about an idea of how to use OLW. Long and behold this was featured on the home page of Office Online.

Yes you can access OLW from a Mac with more than just the browser. Check this out: www.microsoft.com/.../dcc.mspx

I am trying to use olw on my mac I can access it using the browser but unable to use via the MS office products.  On my PC I downloaded the plug-in which allows me to do so and I have no problem. Is there any advice?

How secure is it?
I would not want to have somebody get access to my stuff.

Troy: you can use OLW on a Mac as long as you use a Firefox browser.
