Installing WordPress in IIS7

Now that we have seen demonstrations on how-to install the prereqs for WordPress (MySQL and PHP), it's time to install the WordPress blogging software and confirm everything works when using IIS 7.

I get this error every time I install wordpress and try to log into the admin dashb.
PHP Warning:  file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(C:\inetpub\wwwroot/wp-content/plugins/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=post_tag) is not within the allowed path(s): (c:\inetpub\wwwroot) in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 118
