Vince: You need to have Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer in order to view the videos.
Adjacent the video is the Microsoft Office logo and below it a link to "Visit this video's web site" which takes you to the template's page to download it so you don't have to watch the video in full.
Gobin: You need to have a licensed version of Word 2007 installed on your computer in order to download the template.  Be sure to register your software through Microsoft.com to verify your software's authenticity on your computer.

How to get the player to play? I did put the cursor on the black screen of the player and clicked on the popup playback arrow a few times but no responds.
