ScrewTurn Wiki is a fast and easy-to-use Wiki engine. It allows creating knowledge bases and wikis without the need for a database (but SQL Server and MySQL are supported with Plugins). Pages are automatically versioned and can be rolled-back easily to a previous version. Theming is available entirely through Cascading Style Sheets. The software allows for a simple user account system and a coarse-grained page access control. Pages can be categorized and have a threaded discussion attached. Plugins can be installed to extend existing functions, and the interface is available in 18 languages.

I'm using the ScrewTurn wiki for a couple of years now for our community. It is an easy to use wiki. Also the support is very good. I'm now using the nightly builds!

I have been using this for a couple of years both at work and at home and it is excellent. Very simple to setup and use. If you need a Wiki running on .NET this is the one to use. It can just run off the File System and you don't need a db (unless you want it). Just waiting to get the new RC (v 3.0) for a spin.
