nService powers an easy to use help desk and support website. End users come to the self help portal to search the knowledge base, submit service requests and check their status. Service technicians use the website to publish knowledge, list, assign, respond to, resolve and close service requests. Managers use the site to manage requests, technicians, and get statistics.

This free edition allows one concurrent technician and unlimited end users. Technicians are users who can respond to requests from other users. There is no limit on the number of users or technicians that you can create and store in the database.
