Your opinion is our starting point, and we are interested in what you would like to see, hear, say, and know about our Company. Our target is meeting your expectations, which is the reason why Microsoft has developed a satisfaction survey as a way of listening to your needs. This process takes place twice a year, once in March/April and the second in September/October.
