As General Manager of Microsoft West Indies, George has been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the Microsoft Corporation’s Customer, Business Partner, Government and Community Relations operations across 28 markets within the English, French and Dutch speaking Caribbean and Bermuda. Leading a team of over 30 professionals located in Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, the United States and Central America, George’s mandate is to strengthen Microsoft’s broad commitment to facilitating socio-economic development and the development of the Digital Knowledge Economy in all countries in which we operate through partnerships with business, academia and community empowerment programs.
George brings over 26 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry with specialized consulting expertise in the financial, energy and telecommunications sectors. Based in Trinidad & Tobago, George also serves on the boards of several local organizations including the University of Trinidad & Tobago and NIHERST.
Terrence is responsible for the market and business development of Trinidad & Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and the islands of the Netherland Antilles.
Working alongside Microsoft Managed Partners in the region, Carol Ann’s role is to support the Company’s aim to fully realize the potential of regional Partners by impacting the Customer and Partner experience.
Daryl’s role is to work closely with Microsoft’s regional clientele to identify their business goals and challenges and develop the most effective technological solutions to deliver optimum solutions.

Aquil is responsible for managing the support relationships for Premier Support customers in Jamaica, Cayman, Bermuda and Bahamas, specifically, developing and maintaining account team relationships for an integrated account team relationship with each customer, managing Service delivery, facilitating and delivering support assistance services and being Technical liaison between a customer and Microsoft.
Shamila manages the Marketing, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs Programs in the regional markets of the West Indies and Bermuda.

As Territory Manager for Microsoft Western Caribbean and Country Manager for Microsoft Jamaica Incorporated, Joseph McKinson (BSc & MBA) is responsible for sales and marketing management in Jamaica and the Bahamas .
With a keen interest in community development, Joseph spearheads Microsoft’s local citizenship campaigns, which is reflected by the company’s flagship programmes of Unlimited Potential (UP) and Partner’s in Learning (PIL).
John’s role is to work closely with Microsoft’s regional clientele to identify their business goals and challenges and develop the most effective technological solutions to deliver optimum solutions.
Renee is responsible for all marketing coordination efforts for Jamaica, specifically overseeing the details and logistics of Microsoft’s many trainings and events in this region. Renee also acts in a support role for the Regional Marketing Manager’s responsibilities of Corporate Communications and Community Affairs Programs.
Working alongside Partners in Jamaica, Queenie supports the development of the Partner business model to deliver programmes of mutual gain and positively impact the customer experience.

Nneka is responsible for the development and support of Microsoft’s OEM Partners in Jamaica. She works with these partners in providing support for training and marketing for Microsoft’s OEM products with the objective of driving sales.

Rennex is responsible for Partner readiness, Pre sale and technical advice for SM&P West Indies. The role speaks to the carrying out of proof of concepts, training, pilots, demonstrations and the gathering of information about products offered by Microsoft and its competitors.
Fitzroy helps customer account teams identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects. He helps to translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW), and assist in contract negotiations. Fitzroy also plays a key role in employing and developing partners as part of the overall Microsoft services delivery model.

Juan Carlos is Responsible for all the partner ecosystem in the West Indies and their satisfaction is his main priority. He is also responsible for all the small and medium businesses throughout the 26 territories in West Indies and Leads a Sales team composed of Partner Account Managers, Tele Partner Account Managers, Business Analyst, Partner Technology Specialist and Tele Territory Account Managers.
Oscar covers the Open pipeline management of the Managed Partners and also carries the responsibility of the management of the Tele - Managed Partners in those territories. So, Oscar will work directly with Queenie and Reval as their teammate in the territories.
Gabriel has the responsibility of the Program Managed channel and focuses his efforts in recruiting more partners with focus in Open sales.
