Windows 7 Requirements Have Been Posted to LogoPoint
The Windows Logo team would like to let you know that requirements have been posted to LogoPoint for Windows 7. The only requirements remaining to be published are in the categories of Printing, Imaging/Scanning, Portable Devices, and Streaming Media. We plan to release these requirements at WinHEC.
The Windows 7 requirements can be accessed by logging onto LogoPoint through your Winqual account. Once in LogoPoint, go to the Requirements Search page and choose Windows 7 in the OS drop-down box. The Windows Logo team requests that you submit your feedback to LogoPoint by November 14, 2008.
Windows Service Pack Testing Policy
Partners are required to test their logo submissions with the latest available service pack ninety days after it has been released. The following is a list of Microsoft Windows operating systems and the currently-supported service packs.
• Windows XP Service Pack 3
• Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2
• Windows Vista Service Pack 1
• Windows Server 2008 RTM
