Step 1: Download Windows Error Reporting data from Winqual. Windows Error Reporting (WER) collects and distributes data when a program or driver fails. Use WER to view error reports and provide responses to your customers. Step 2: Distribute drivers on Windows Update to ensure that users find the latest drivers. After you have determined the appropriate fixes for your driver, make a new logo program submission for your product and driver. After the submission is approved, upload your driver to Windows Update using the Driver Distribution Center so your customers can obtain the latest updates. Be sure to follow the guidelines for driver publishing. Step 3: Provide information about your product on the Windows Compatibility Center. Partners should review the site and update information for product listings to ensure they are accurate and up to date. |
