Microsoft offers support for maintaining the quality of your drivers and delivering updated products to users through Winqual - the Windows Quality Online Services.

You can use Winqual services:

To find error reports for your drivers or software products.

To manage how your company's signed drivers are distributed through Windows Update and other mechanisms.

To manage the listing of your products on Windows Vista Compatibility Center after they receive the Windows logo.

Before you begin: To use any Winqual service, you must establish a Winqual account.

To supplement your product maintenance activities with Winqual services, follow these steps:

1. Obtain Windows Error Reporting data on your company's products.
Windows Error Reporting (WER) collects and distributes data from Windows-based computers when a program unexpectedly stops. Use WER to view error reports and to work with Microsoft to provide responses to your customers.

To use this service, you must sign the Microsoft Windows Error Reporting Agreement.
