Step 1: Sign the legal agreements.

Sign the required legal agreements prior to making a Winqual submission:

Review and sign the latest Logo License Agreement. The Logo License Agreement states the terms for using the Windows logo artwork.

Review and sign the latest Windows Logo Program Testing Agreement.

Step 2: Create a submission package.

Create a submission package that contains all necessary information to qualify for the Windows logo.

Step 3: Follow Winqual submission steps to create a submission.

Follow the steps to submit a system or device.

You must submit routers and Windows Touch devices to Microsoft for testing. Contact the Windows Rally team for routers or go to the Windows Touch page to see instructions on what you need to ship to Microsoft for testing.

Step 4: Check your Winqual submission history to obtain your results.

After the logo program team has reviewed your submission, a pass or fail notification and a test report are provided.

Step 5: Download the signed driver and Windows logo artwork.

You can now use the artwork to help promote your product! You can also distribute the signed driver, which leads into Step 6.

Step 6: Publish drivers to Windows Update.

The Driver Distribution Center is a Winqual service that you can use after completing a submission.
