NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes ("Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older and have Internet access at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Microsoft Corporation ("Sponsor"), The Garrigan Lyman Group ("GLG"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, officers, directors, partners, distributors, retailers, agents involved in this Promotion, advertising and promotion agencies, and Project Support Team, Inc. ("Administrator") (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each of their immediate family members (including mother, father, brother, sister, child, or spouse, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. This Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the period from February 29, 2008 (12:00:00 A.M. Pacific Time ["PT"]) to June 30, 2008 (11:59:59 P.M. PT) (the "Promotion Period"), to enter, log on to http://www.lookforthelogo.com and follow the directions provided to register and create an account. Registering and creating an account is free. You will receive one (1) entry upon submission of your registration; you will receive one (1) additional entry thereafter each time you visit http://www.lookforthelogo.com and correctly log on according to the instructions provided at the Web site. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address per day throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of logons on any day. Additional logons from the same person or e-mail address in one day after the first logon from the same person or e-mail address during that day will be not be counted as additional entries. If an entrant uses the same, different, or multiple e-mail addresses to obtain more than one (1) entry, all such entries will be void. For the purpose of this Promotion, a day begins at 12:00:00 A.M. PT and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. PT. As part of the entry process, you may be asked to opt in to receive information from the Sponsor. Opting in is not required for entry and will not affect your chances of winning a prize. Unless you opt in, the registration information collected by the online form will be used only for the proper administration of this Promotion (for winner notifications and prize fulfillment purposes). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on an e-mail address submitted on the online entry form, entry will be deemed to be from the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail address at issue, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, regardless of the name that appears on the official online entry form, and he or she must comply with these rules. "Authorized account subscriber" is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The use of any devices to automate entry into this Promotion, including, but not limited to, entries submitted using any bot, macro, script, sweepstakes service, or form-filling software (or any other devices intended to automate any part of the entry process), is prohibited. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that any entrant has used any device to automate the entry process or otherwise engages in activity that impairs the integrity of the Promotion process, all entries from that entrant will be void, and future entry attempts by the entrant at issue may be blocked, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Released Parties will not be held responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, garbled, delayed, undelivered, inaccurate, false, or misdirected entries, logons, or registrations, interrupted or unavailable network server, cable, satellite or Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless service provider or other connections, miscommunications, or for telephonic, human, or computer software or hardware failures; problems or errors; interruptions in service due to system upgrades, modifications, repairs, or other causes; failures or malfunctions of connections, phones, phone lines, or telephone systems; traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site; technical, electrical, or mechanical malfunctions; or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise; nondelivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; or for typographical, printing, or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Promotion-related materials, or for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion or downloading any materials from the Web site in this Promotion or for any other errors of any kind, whether network, computer, human, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries and/or registrations, or the announcement of prizes. Incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, delayed, misdirected, garbled, or mutilated entries or entries containing false information of any kind will be void. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site associated with the Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion in any way is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, the Released Parties reserve the right to seek damages (including attorneys' fees) and/or other remedies from any such person or persons responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permissible by law.

WINNER SELECTION: Within the Promotion Period, there will be four (4) separate Grand Prize drawings (each, a "Grand Prize Drawing") conducted on or about the following dates:

Grand Prize Drawings #1 and #2: May 12, 2008
Grand Prize Drawings #3 and #4: July 11, 2008

Grand Prize Drawings #1 and #2 will consist of all eligible entries received up until 11:59:59 P.M. PT on April 30, 2008. Grand Prize Drawings #3 and #4 will consist of all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. There will also be seventeen (17) separate weekly drawings (each, a "Weekly Drawing") based on the schedule detailed in the table below.

In each Weekly Drawing, a varying quantity of weekly prize winners (each, a "Weekly Prize Winner") will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received up until 11:59:59 P.M. PT on the previous Thursday (with the exception of the final Weekly Drawing, which will include all eligible nonwinning entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period). The exact number of Weekly Prize Winners each week is detailed in the table below. All eligible nonwinning entries from one drawing will automatically carry forward to be included in every subsequent drawing. All drawings will be conducted randomly by Project Support Team, Inc., an independent judging agency, from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

PRIZE/ODDS: Seventeen (17) Weekly Prizes: The details, approximate drawing date, and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Weekly Prize are listed in the table below:

The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes is $18,075.02.

Four (4) Grand Prize Packages:
1) Grand Prize Package #1: The winner of Grand Prize Drawing #1 will win the following: A five-day, four-night (5-day, 4-night) trip for two (2) people to Seattle, Washington, in August 2008, including round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) (winner and his/her guest) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor), standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] people, one [1] room), two (2) passes to attend the Penny Arcade Expo 2008 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center (currently scheduled between 8/28/08 and 8/30/08), a compact rental car, and $100 spending cash awarded as a check for the winner only. Rental car is subject to terms and conditions of rental car agency agreement. If winner is not eligible for car rental (for example, if he or she does not meet the age requirement designated by rental company), cash equivalent of car rental portion of prize will be awarded in lieu of car rental. Expenses not specifically stated herein are winner's sole responsibility. Additionally, insurance and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. Travel, hotel restrictions, and blackout dates may apply. Specifics of Grand Prize package (including details surrounding attendance at Penny Arcade Expo 2008) are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The total ARV of the first Grand Prize Package is $2,800.00.

2) Grand Prize Package #2: The winner of Grand Prize Drawing #2 will win the following: A Diamond Stealth ATI Radeon™ HD 2400PRO PCIE 256MB GDDR2 Video Card (ARV=$119.99), a Logitech Precision Gaming Headset (ARV=$29.99), a D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router (ARV=$149.99), a Canon EOS Rebel XSi (ARV=$899.99), a Canon VIXIA HF100 camcorder (ARV=$899.99), a Canon PIXMA MP610 Photo All-In-One Printer (ARV=$199.99), a Microsoft SideWinder™ mouse (ARV=$79.99), a Microsoft Reclusa™ gaming keyboard (ARV=$69.95), "The Club" video game for Windows (ARV=$49.99), "Frontlines: Fuel of War" video game for Windows (ARV=$49.99), and a Toshiba Satellite X205 – Sli3 Laptop Computer (ARV=$2,499.99). The total ARV of the fourth Grand Prize Package is $5,049.85.

3) Grand Prize Package #3: The winner of Grand Prize Drawing #3 will win the following: A five-day, four-night (5-day, 4-night) trip for four (4) people to Orlando, Florida, consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S., two (2) standard room hotel accommodations (two [2] standard rooms, each double occupancy), shuttle transportation between theme parks, and applicable hotel and Walt Disney World theme park tickets for four (4) and a tour of Cape Canaveral's Kennedy Space Center. Expenses not specifically stated herein are winner's sole responsibility. Additionally, insurance and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary. Travel, hotel restrictions, and blackout dates may apply. Specifics of Grand Prize Package (including details of theme park ticket package and Kennedy Space Center tour) are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The total ARV of the second Grand Prize Package is $6,500.00.

4) Grand Prize Package #4: The winner of Grand Prize Drawing #4 will win the following: Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 (ARV=$99.99), Ulead VideoStudio 11 Plus (ARV=$99.99), CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X3 software (ARV=$429.00), DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router (ARV=$149.99), LifeCam NX-6000 (ARV=$99.95), Microsoft Student with Encarta Premium 2008 (ARV=$37.50), Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 (ARV=$149.95), Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000 (ARV=$149.95), Logitech MX Revolution mouse (ARV=$99.99), and a Canon PIXMA MX700 printer (ARV=$199.99). The total ARV of the third Grand Prize Package is $1,516.30.

The total combined ARV of all prizes is $33,941.17. Odds of winning any prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prizes not explicitly set forth herein as being provided by Sponsor, including, without limitation, the cost of any component or accessory of a prize. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. All prizes will be awarded "as is" without any warranty or guarantee offered by Sponsor. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on these prizes (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturer's terms, therefore, and the winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer for any such warranty and/or guarantee. All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the trips associated with Grand Prizes #1 and #3 not specifically stated herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, insurance, gasoline costs, meals, souvenirs, and gratuities. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation in the event that the applicable Grand Prize Package winner lives within 150 miles of his or her prize destination, and no additional compensation or substitution will be given to such winner in such event for difference in prize value. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent and on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Actual value of trip prizes may vary based on locations of departure and dates of travel. Rental car is subject to terms and conditions of rental car agency agreement. If the winner of Grand Prize Package #1 is not eligible for car rental (for example, if he or she does not meet the age requirement designated by rental company), cash equivalent of car rental portion of prize will be awarded in lieu of car rental and such prize winner will be solely responsible for all ground transportation. The winners of Grand Prize Packages #1 and #3 ("Trip Winners") must travel on the same itinerary as his or her respective guest and must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Trip Winners and guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the applicable venue. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide passes to any prize venue, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. There will be a limit of one (1) Weekly Prize per person and per household (however, Weekly Prize Winners are eligible to also win one of the Grand Prize Packages). There will be a limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person and per household.

MISCELLANEOUS: There will be no transfer, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion of any prize) by any winner (unless approved in writing by Sponsor), except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) with a prize of comparable or greater value. Potential winners will be notified by postal mail, phone, and/or e-mail. If any potential winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of date of the issuance of first notification, potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the prize at issue from among the remaining eligible entries for the applicable drawing. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) business days of date of issuance of notification. The traveling companion of the Grand Prize Package #1 winner must be of legal age of majority in his or her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age) unless child or legal ward of winner and will be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is the child or legal ward of the winner, winner must sign the Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of such child or legal ward. The traveling companion(s) of the Grand Prize Package #3 winner must be of legal age of majority (and at least 18 years of age) unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and such traveling companion(s) must execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Noncompliance within this time period, the return of prize or prize notification, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in forfeiture of prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, prize at issue may be awarded to an alternate winner from among all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. If any winner is at least 18 years of age but still considered a minor in his or her state of residence, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the prize in the name of his or her parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein, and minor winner must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian on trip (if applicable). By entering, all entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion, and further agree that 1) the Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and state of residence, photograph, and/or other likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission, or notification; and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless from any liability, loss, injury, or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including personal injury or death to entrant or any other person, or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified, and all associated entries will be void. The Released Parties reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any portion of this Promotion should viruses, bugs, nonauthorized human intervention, tampering, fraud, or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this Promotion and, in any such event, at their sole discretion, select winner(s) for the drawing(s) at issue from among all eligible, nonsuspect entries received for the drawing(s) at issue prior to the event requiring such action be taken. Entrants waive all claims against the Released Parties for the suspension, modification, termination, or cancellation of this Promotion.
