APM Update for PC9800 Notebook Computers

This update fixes a problem with PC-9800 notebook computers. When "Shutdown the computer" is selected from the Start button Windows 95 should shutdown Windows and turn off the power. However, when shutdown is selected the power is never shut off and the screen "It is now safe to turn off your computer" remains on the screen until the power is manually turned off.
This component is useful because it makes notebook machines easier to use.
Any PC-9800 notebook owner needs this fix.

- Create a temporary folder (directory) on your hard disk.
- Click the link "APM Update for PC9800 Notebook Computers."
- Save the file in the new folder.
- In that folder, double-click wncomupd.exe to install the program files.
