You can use Windows Photo Gallery to add tags to your pictures—meaningful words or phrases that describe who or what is in the picture and where the picture was taken. Tagging your pictures makes them much easier to find in the future, because you can easily display all pictures that have a particular tag. You can set up a system for tagging that works best for you. A typical approach would be to have tags for categories of pictures, such as "flowers," "vacations," and "family." Later, when you’re looking for a photo, you can sort pictures into groups by the tag name, making it much easier to sort through your pictures to find a specific one.
