  1. Make sure you have a high-speed Internet connection.

  2. In Windows 7, select Start, All Programs, and Windows Media Center.

  3. Choose one of two quick setup options and step through the simple wizard.

  4. Wait a few minutes for an automatic download to complete.

  5. After the updates have been automatically downloaded, the Windows Media Center Start menu will display:
