How to listen to radio in Windows Media Center
An optional FM tuner is required to play FM radio stations in Windows Media Center.
You can use Windows Media Center to:

Listen to FM radio stations

Listen to Internet radio
-
Create presets for your favorite stations

Play preset stations
In Windows 7:

On the start screen, scroll to Extras, click Explore, and then click music + radio.
In earlier versions of Windows:

On the start screen, scroll to Music, click radio, and then click FM Radio.

To set Windows Media Center to find a radio station:

Under Seek or Tune, click - or + to find available stations.

If you know the frequency of the station, enter the numbers using the numeric keypad on the remote control or on the keyboard.

To control playback, use the on-screen transport controls in the bottom right of the screen (this includes changing channels, adjusting volume, and pausing or stopping playback).
You must configure the tuner for use with Windows Media Center before FM radio will display by doing the following:

On the start screen, scroll to Tasks, click settings, click General, click Windows Media Center Setup, and then click Set Up TV Signal.

Proceed through set up to configure your tuner. The radio option should appear after you have configured your tuner.
Some Internet radio partner programs are only available through subscription. The availability of this service and selection of partners that appears in More Music + Radio will vary by country/region.
In Windows 7:

On the start screen, scroll to Extras, click Explore, and then click music + radio.
In earlier versions of Windows:

On the start screen, scroll to Online Media, and then click program library

Click Music & Radio, and then click More Music + Radio to see a list of Internet radio partners that are available.

Click the online radio station to access music online.
In Windows 7:

On the start screen, scroll to Extras, click Explore, and then click music + radio.
In earlier versions of Windows:

On the start screen, scroll to Music, click radio, and then click FM Radio

Under Seek or Tune, click - or + to find a radio station you want.

Once you find a station you like, click Save as Preset

Enter the name of the station, and then click Save
In Windows 7:

On the start screen, scroll to Extras, click Explore, and then click music + radio.
In earlier versions of Windows:

On the start screen, scroll to Music, and then click radio

In the Radio gallery, click Presets
-
Select a preset radio station. You can also access the preset station you last selected.
