How to download recorded TV to your Zune®

Zune is already a great companion for enjoying music and videos. But adding Windows Media Center means you can take your recorded TV shows and movies along with you—for free.

Before you head out the door, simply sync your Zune with your PC. Enjoy your shows whenever you want, wherever you want. Set up your Zune to automatically sync your recorded TV and movies just once and you’re ready to go.

Here’s how to add recorded TV shows to your Zune:

1. In the Zune software, go to Collection.

2. In Settings, under the Video section, select Add Folder, and then add your Recorded TV folder.

   The Zune software will monitor that folder so that any recorded TV shows will be added to your collection.

3. If you've set the sync options for your Zune to "Let me choose my videos," drag recorded programs from your collection to the Zune device icon to sync them to your Zune.

4. If you've set the sync options for your Zune to "Sync all my videos," new recordings will automatically sync whenever you connect your Zune.

5. TV programs synced with your Zune appear on your device in Videos categorized under TV.
