Microsoft provides paid assisted support through the Web and over the telephone. Both are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Support fees are billed to your VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. Fees are $100 US per Web occurrence and $125 US per phone occurrence.
