  This agreement allows you to obtain the source code for the Windows Media audio and video codecs and to develop and distribute Interim Products. Interim Products are Windows Media-enabled products that are not customer-ready. There is a flat fee to access the source code but no royalty for distributing these Interim Products.

  This agreement allows you to obtain and distribute DRM certificates in Windows applications, including the DRM Client Certificate, WMDM Transfer Certificate, DRM Encryption Certificate, and WMDM Service Provider Certificate, on a royalty-free basis. These DRM certificates allow your application to access and use the DRM components included in the Windows Media Format SDK.
