Windows Media Video 9 Standard Decoder Porting KitWindows Media Video 9 is Microsoft’s implementation of the VC-1 SMPTE standard, which provides high quality video for streaming and downloading. It supports Simple, Main, and Advanced profiles. ASF Reader is required.
