Ongoing software updates. Even after release, Microsoft Sustained Engineering maintains Windows Embedded products. Security Updates keep your Windows Embedded device secure and product changes and enhancements (QFEs and Hotfixes) provide you with new and exciting improvements to complement your development.
Troubleshooting assistance when you need it. Help and support is available by e-mail, Internet, or phone. Microsoft’s Product Support Services (PSS) will work with you to troubleshoot your problem. You are entitled to two free incidents without charge during your 10 years of support. Incidents beyond your first two are charged at $99/incident for e-mail support or $245/incident for phone support.
