The AT91SAM9261 is an ultra low-power microcontroller based on the ARM926EJ-S processor, with 2x16Kbyte cache memories. It operates at 210 MIPS with a 190 MHz clock. It features 160K bytes of SRAM with single cycle access at maximum processor.
Its extensive peripheral set includes USB Full Speed Host and Device, an LCD Controller, Multimedia and SD Card Interface, I2S , USARTs, Master/Slave Serial Peripheral Interfaces, Timer Counters and a Two Wire Interface.
