How to use ActiveSync in BlackICE
PC Protection Software

Start the BlackICE PC Protection software.

On the Tools menu, select Advanced Application Protection Settings.

Add the following ActiveSync processes to the application exception list:
Wcesmgr.exe
Wcescomm.exe
Rapimgr.exe
CEAPPMGR.exe

If you have installed these files on your C:\ drive, the default location for them is C:\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync. Save your changes.

On the Tools menu, select Advanced Firewall Settings to allow specific ports access through the firewall application.

In the Add Firewall Entry dialog box, enter the following information for incoming and outgoing ports:
Incoming TCP/IP: 26675
Outgoing TCPIP: 26675
