You can set up text messaging to notify you when your outgoing messages have been delivered to each recipient.
Step 1
Tap Start > Messaging > Text Messages.
Step 2
Tap Menu > Tools > Options.
Step 3
Tap the Accounts tab.
Step 4
In the Tap an account to change settings field, tap Text Messages.
Step 5
Select or clear the Request delivery notifications check box.
Step 6
Tap OK.
