Install ActiveSync (for Windows XP)

If your computer runs on the Windows XP operating system, you must install ActiveSync on your computer.

Notes

ActiveSync on your device works with ActiveSync on Windows XP, and with Windows Mobile Device Center on Windows Vista.

To fully install ActiveSync on your computer, do one of the following:

Insert the Microsoft ActiveSync installation CD in your computer's CD or DVD drive and follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
Download ActiveSync from Windows Mobile at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/downloads/microsoft/activesync-download.mspx.
