Monitoring Performance:Windows Vista and Ubuntu Linux
In this screencast series we will examine how you can monitor real time CPU and memory performance using Windows Vista and Ubuntu Linux.

When looking at Windows Vista we will examine which processes are consuming the most CPU, Disk, Memory and Network resources. When examining Ubuntu Linux we will explore several GUI and command line utilities that enable a systems administrator to determine which users and processes are using the computer's memory and CPU resources.
