Independent software vendors (ISVs) who want to qualify for Microsoft Windows certification at the Datacenter level must provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This requirement is identified in Chapter 5 of the Microsoft Certified for Windows Server 2003 Application Specification and in Chapter 7 of the Application Specification for Microsoft Windows 2000.
