Find a Partner

Partners can help you evaluate, plan, deploy and manage any type of system—from a small business implementation of Windows Server 2008, to supporting the largest enterprise applications built on the latest technology. However, finding the right one to suit your need, your timeframe, and your budget, can sometimes be challenging.

This page provides resources for you to find partners that will fit your exact requirements. You can search for partners near you and contact them directly; take a short assessment survey and allow us to match you with a partner based on your responses; or enter a Live chat with one of our customer representatives, who will match you with suitable partners—the choice is yours. Click the links below for further information, and start finding a partner now.

  • Begin an online chat with a Microsoft representative who, after asking some qualifying questions about your project and environment, can match you with suitable partners.

  • You can search the Solution Marketplace for solutions and services offered by our Windows Server 2008 Partners that can meet the needs and requirements for your IT projects. Search for partners near you, across the country, or across the world.

  • By taking a small self-assessment, you can enable Microsoft to match you with suitable Windows Server 2008 partners for your specific needs.  By leaving your details, you will be contacted by a Microsoft representative, who will discuss your project with you and help match you with the partners that can help make your project successful.

  • The Windows Server Catalog is the Microsoft single online source for finding hardware and software that is compatible with Windows Server 2008. Certified applications and supported applications both qualify to be listed. Certified applications have been through rigorous, third-party testing. Supported applications are guaranteed by their independent software vendor (ISV), not Microsoft, to have been tested to run on Windows Server 2008.

  • Microsoft is currently engaged with several Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and System Builders who are building Windows Server 2008-based server systems. Please check back as we move closer to availability of Windows Server 2008 for more information. In the meantime, you can review OEM partners who offer Windows Server 2003-based systems.
