Windows Embedded Server Products are available for evaluation prior to licensing. To get most Windows Embedded Server Products evaluation software, please see our registration site.
After registering, you will receive an e-mail with links to access the following evaluation software:

To evaluate Windows Server 2003 R2, download the Windows Server 2003 Trial Software.
To evaluate Windows Storage Server 2003 R2, register and download the Windows Server 2003 R2 Trial Software. Then, prior to installation, obtain a Windows Storage Server 2003 R2 evaluation product key by registering at our registration site.

To evaluate SQL Server 2005, register and download the SQL Server 2005 Trial Software.
OEM Pre-Installation Kits (OPKs)
Microsoft provides the tools required for OEMs to quickly design dedicated server and server appliances solutions based on Windows Server System technology. These tools are called OEM Pre-installation Kits (OPKs), and they help jump-start the process of building a dedicated server or server appliance solution running Windows Embedded Server Products.
To obtain appropriate Windows Embedded Server Product OPKs, OEMs must first sign an OEM Customer License Agreement (OEM CLA). Please contact an Authorized Distributor for more information about licensing.
