I started there, looking for the answer to a problem with Windows 95 and, while looking around, found that there were many questions I knew the answer to. Being able to help someone solve a problem with just a few words is a good feeling. I like to take the problem apart, and then find a way to automate the fix for it, if possible. Sometimes the answers are easy, and sometimes I have to try to duplicate the problem (I've actually wiped out an operating system, more than once, doing this). The challenging problems are the ones I really like. The challenge helps me to learn more, to be able to do more to help.
