Her own words:"I run a household of nine and a LAN of three. Most of my free time is spent between the Windows XP groups, and my Web site. The newsgroups are very rewarding. The amount of information shared in the newsgroups makes it an extremely wealthy resource. We all have an open opportunity to offer suggestions and solutions to user problems, which we all can benefit from. My contribution comes from what I have learned along the way and plenty of research. Having an answer is just not enough. 'Knowing' it worked, is part of the goal and overall satisfaction!"
