Share videos between users

When you save videos from your digital camera or video capture device Windows stores them in the My Videos folder by default. This is useful if you want to use the My Videos folder as a working directory for video editing, but only you will be able to view the videos. If you want to share your videos, you can save or copy them to the Shared Videos folder; then everyone who uses your computer will be able to view them.

1. Press START on the remote, and then select Minimize.
2. With the mouse, click the Start button on the taskbar, click My Documents,and then click My Videos.
3. Click the file you want to share, and then copy it to SharedVideos.

NOTE: The SharedVideos folder is located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos.
