Choose the Width and Blink Rate of the Cursor
You can adjust the blink rate of your cursor and its width on-screen. These options can help make the cursor easier to see on the screen or less distracting for people who have vision or seizure disorder accessibility needs. This procedure tells you how to set the cursor width and blink rate through Accessibility Options in Control Panel.
