Classic View
View Help Documentation in Windows Classic View

The Help and Support Center in Windows XP has been redesigned in a Category View to make it easier for you to find information quickly. The Help and Support Center contains links to several tools and resources in addition to the Windows XP Help documentation. These resources include updated online information and downloads not available in the Help documentation stored on your machine. However, if you want to view only the locally stored Windows XP Help documentation in the Classic View as shown in Figure 6 below, you can open the Windows.chm file in the \Windows\Help directory. To open Windows XP Help in Classic View | • | Click Start, click Run, and then in the Open box, type hh windows.chm
