Information for recruitment agencies and related services

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Microsoft in Greater China Region for the provision of recruitment-related services. Across GCR, Microsoft has an internal recruitment model in place and therefore we prefer to source candidates through direct applications to this site and our employee referrals. We do have preferred agency agreements in place for each Microsoft subsidiary in GCR and these are reviewed annually. If you have an interest in partnering with Microsoft in future, please check this section of our website regularly – when we are next reviewing our supplier agreements we will post a message to this section of our site as a means to inform the agency community of the opportunity and nomination process. Microsoft regrets that due to the volume of agency partnership approaches received, we are unable to meet with agencies individually for introductory discussions. Unfortunately we cannot accept unsolicited résumés from recruitment agencies and any unsolicited résumés will not be regarded as being represented by an agency.
